Sad News

I just found out that a friend of mine has passed away. Linda worked in my class last year as an aide. She was always a smiling face around the school and I was disappointed when I found out that she was not going to be working in my class this year. JUST yesterday she stopped by my room for a snack and chat. Last year when we made apple dumplings, she loved them. So yesterday when we made them, I was sure to save one for her. We spent a good 20 minutes just chatting. I will forever remember that last moment I had with Linda. Her daughter, a senior in high school, came in last night and found her on the floor. The doctors think that she might have had a heart attack. Please keep Linda, her family, and our faculty in your prayers. I am still in shock. I am going to miss Linda dearly.
